Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.
Shipping & Handling Times & Rates
Currently, we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do NOT ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, The Gold Source, Inc. does not ship orders to post office boxes. For each address within the United States, the following charges apply: FedEx Express shipping: $12.00. Please allow 3-4 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together. If your order requires more than one shipment, you will only be charged one shipping fee.
For Next-Day delivery, please call us at 631-940-3989. There will be a handling fee of $9.00 per shipment.
An adult signature (21 years or older) is required at the delivery address. Saturday delivery is not available.
Return Policy
The Gold Source, Inc. is dedicated to making our customer’s happy with their jewelry purchase and our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it based on our return policy.
• No Exchanges
• Returns are permitted within 7 days from the purchase date for jewelry and watches.
- Jewelry must be in good condition with all of the original certificates and accessories.
- Watches must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return. All packaging, instructions and warranties, as applicable, must be included with the returned item.
• Returns are not accepted on customized jewelry, special order, class rings, or engraved items.
Returns by Mail
1. If there is damage to an item upon delivery, please call us at 631-940-3989 immediately.
2. Please read the information on your packing slip.
3. Pack the item securely. Use the original package if possible. Enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip.
4. If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number.
5. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.
6. For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip: The Gold Source, Inc. 347 Bay Shore Road Deer Park, NY 11729
7. Please be sure to keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our location.
8. You can expect a refund within 30 days of receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
